A note from the founder
I've spent more than twenty years building and securing enterprise software — the kind where a mistake isn't an inconvenience, it's a breach. That work teaches you two habits that don't wear off: assume the system will be attacked, and never trust a claim you haven't tested.
Why dental? Because I kept watching small practices run their days on software their own vendors had stopped taking seriously — priced per seat, sold in modules, and built for the DSO down the road. The dentist in a two-chair office pays enterprise prices for desktop-era tools, or does the work by hand. Meanwhile the overhead of that office — the phone that rings after close, the notes typed at 7 PM, the remittances reconciled on Friday — became exactly the kind of work AI can now do, with a human confirming every call that matters.
So I built the system I'd want my own family's dentist to run: one record from the first phone call to the posted payment, with the paranoia of enterprise security applied nightly to a dental practice's data. It attacks itself before anyone else gets the chance.
The wedge, in three lines

What we believe
AI should do the typing
Dictation, drafting, structuring, and paperwork are machine work. Diagnosis, treatment, and sign-off are human work. The line between them is enforced by the system, not by good intentions.
Trust is an architecture
The safeguards live in the code and the release pipeline, not in a policy binder — and we're glad to walk any reviewer through them, line by line.
Honesty over hype
Everything on this site is stated at the level we can defend: what's working, what's synthetic, and what's gated on contracts and licenses before go-live.
The whole practice, one system
Clinical, billing, scheduling, recall, and group reporting belong in one record — not in five products taped together.
